Jonathan graduated from the University of North Texas and brings a creative, hands-on approach to his teaching — something Havern's culture of flexibility and resources makes possible every day. Before coming to Havern, he taught in special education and spent years instructing rock bands at School of Rock, preparing students for live performances. He has performed live music himself for more than a decade. A transplant from Dallas, Texas, Jonathan appreciates that at Havern, he gets to be fully himself — and bring that same authenticity into the classroom.
