  • Create your Family Portal account

  • Complete the application for admissions

  • Pay a non-refundable processing fee of $75

  • Submit a psychoeducational evaluation completed within the last two years.

  • Upload your child’s most recent report card and individual learning plan

  • Ask a current teacher to complete the Teacher Evaluation

  • If you plan to apply for financial assistance, Jessica, our Director of Enrollment, will walk you through the next steps.

Soon after you submit your application, our Admissions Committee will complete a comprehensive review. We are looking for a great fit—for both our school and your student—we will be in touch soon!

Please note: given Havern’s unique program and its integrated therapies, many families have found much of their tuition expense to be tax-deductible under the terms of IRS Publication 502 and its section entitled “Special Education” on page 13. Consult with your tax advisor to determine whether this benefit might apply to your family’s situation.
